RP Evolve heel counter further reinforces Coats Footwear’s dedication to sustainability. This environmentally responsible, zero waste, heel counter solution is made with 70% recycled materials, such as R-PET and R-TPU. Entirely free from virgin polyester and GRS certified, RP Evolve can help manufacturers reduce the carbon footprint of their footwear, without conceding any of the characteristics required for high performance applications. Fully customizable, RP Evolve is adaptable to a variety of footwear needs – but is ideal for running shoes, sports footwear, and lifestyle sneakers, offering brands a solution that combines both high performance and eco-conscious benefits. It is also waterproof – meaning it can be trusted to perform in tough conditions.
RP Flow toe puff is a versatile solution crafted to meet the high demands of sports and performance footwear. Made with 70% recycled content, including R-TPU and R-acrylic glass, RP Flow demonstrates how sustainability and durability can work hand-in-hand. Aligned with growing demand for eco-friendly manufacturing solutions, RP Flow has a zero-waste production process that can help optimize material use. Waterproof and durable properties, mean that this product is well-suited to high-performance applications such as running shoes and performance sneakers. While GRS certification gives brands and their manufacturing partners extra confidence that they are integrating a product with excellent sustainability credentials into their footwear.
RP Wave toe puff has been developed to meet the growing need for sustainable solutions, and incorporates 70% recycled materials like R-TPU, R-acrylic glass, and recycled bottle closures. With a zero-waste production approach, RP Wave is designed to minimize environmental impact every step of the way. It has strong sustainability credentials, backed by GRS certification, while also delivering the medium to high stiffness needed for high-pressure and high-temperature applications.

RHENOPRINT™ by Coats Footwear is a 100% waste free production process that enables the creation of structural components tailor made to specific applications – regardless of shape, thickness or hardness requirements. Using the highest quality powders, which meet the strictest quality standards, the RHENOPRINT™ process eliminates the need for any die-cutting or trimming, resulting in no waste. In addition, it requires approximately 30% less material than sheet stock.
