Generational transition at Gemata S.p.A., a global leader in leather finishing machinery. Engineer Giulio Mandruzzato becomes CEO, taking over from engineer Gianni Maitan after an eighteen-month transition period.
Giulio Mandruzzato’s appointment marks the completion of a governance renewal process designed to strengthen Gemata’s competitive position internationally. Maitan, who led the company for twenty-three years and made it a sector benchmark, will now serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors, continuing to support the development of technological and innovation projects.
