KASK, the global leader in head protection solutions, commanded attention at the A+A 2025 trade fair. The company not only showcased its latest product innovations but also highlighted its proactive commitment to evolving global safety standards and enhancing corporate responsibility. The centerpiece of the KASK exhibit was the launch of the Zenith X MAX, one of the brand’s most significant recent innovations. This product is the first industrial safety helmet on the market to extend its fit up to a head circumference of 66 cm, setting a crucial new benchmark for both inclusivity and wearer comfort. “KASK identified a pressing need in the PPE market for a safety helmet that could accommodate a wider variety of head sizes. Feedback from the industry made it clear that many workers struggled to find an EN 397 compliant helmet that fit correctly on heads with circumferences exceeding 63 cm,” stated Alex Dabelstein, Global Head of Sales at KASK Safety. “Through a design rooted in real biometric research, KASK has successfully engineered a helmet that guarantees comfort and safety, delivering a true ‘WOW-With One Wear Effect’ for all workers.” KASK also showcased a significant update to its Quantum Series. Initially designed for wildland firefighting, technical, and mountain rescue, the Quantum now expands its operational scope to include water rescue through the application of specific protective panels. This advancement ensures the series’ compliance with the EN 1385 standard for canoeing, kayaking, and white-water sports, in addition to the established EN 16471, EN 16473, and EN 12492 standards. The Quantum Series solidifies its reputation as the ultimate multi-role solution for professionals operating in the most extreme and diverse environments. A key focus at the A+A 2025 fair was the imminent update to the EN 397 standard (Industrial safety helmets), a regulatory change decades in the making. KASK is proud to have played an active and instrumental role in this transformation, contributing directly to the working group that drafted the new standard. “This is not just a revision; it’s an evolution. The new EN 397 will significantly enhance safety and empower end-users to make more informed choices. For manufacturers, it provides a more robust regulatory framework, featuring a much stronger focus on performance and less ambiguity,” said Marta Beltramello, Global Sales & Maketing Director at KASK Safety.
