Revomec introduces CCLS technology

The company from Trissino (Vicenza) has unveiled to the public for the first time the MD 215 PRO model equipped with the new technology designed to stabilize the milling processes. The range includes eight different capacities, from 100 to 2,000 kg.

At the 2024 edition of Simac Tanning Tech, Revomec from Trissino (Vicenza), a municipality that is part of the Arzignano leather district, was once again a great protagonist, specializing in the production of machines for leather processing, in particular milling drums.
“For this edition of the trade fair, we decided to present a machine with CCLS technology”, said Fabio Gecchele and Manuel Zordan, founders of Revomec in 2011 and current owners of the company, whom we met at their booth. In the last two years, Revomec has embarked on a new path, introducing innovative machinery and solutions that are conquering the Italian and international markets.
“For this show – specified the two Vicenza entrepreneurs – we officially introduced the MD 215 PRO CCLS model, with the aim of promoting our innovative system, the “Clima Control Leather System”. This system, increasingly requested by the market, responds to a real need of the tanning sector. We have been working on this project since before the pandemic and it has now been in production for a couple of years. This is the first time you can see it at a fair, due to the growing customer demand. Requests come from all over the world, confirming the effectiveness of our product, destined to last over time. In a currently stagnant market, entrepreneurs only invest in technologies that optimize processes, and CCLS technology proves to be a winning choice for those operating in the leather sector”.
The CCLS system stands out for its innovation: “With previous technologies – Revomec owners explained – the only solution to manage cooling or excessive humidity was an air exchange system with the outside, which had limitations linked to seasonality. Thanks to our research and development, we can now cool and heat leather without resorting to an air exchanger, keeping the machine completely closed. In this way, the internal air remains the same and the constant parameters guarantee a homogeneous temperature and true humidity control throughout the year. This approach also allows a concrete energy saving of 20-25%”.
“We were probably ahead of our time – Mr. Gecchele and Mr. Zordan admit – a few years ago it wasn’t a market priority, but now it certainly is. After three years of development with continuous improvements, our patented model is now operational and highly efficient. There are already about forty units operating in tanneries, mainly in Italy, but in 2024 we are registering a growing interest abroad as well. The feedback from entrepreneurs is very positive and this gives us great satisfaction. The success has prompted us to quickly diversify our offer: we started with two versions of the 800 kg model, now we have reached eight options, from 100 kg, for laboratories, up to 2,000 kg, much in demand by large industries. Among these, the 1,000 kg model is the standard one and has aroused great curiosity. At Simac Tanning Tech, we can say we are very satisfied with the interest received”.
