Held alongside the Garden Day exhibition, SicilFerr brought the pavilions of Catania to life, drawing over 7,000 visitors and more than 200 exhibitors. Innovation, networking, and professional training were at the heart of the event.
It was a double victory for Ma.Mu Marketing Multimediale, the driving force behind two major events that energized the SiciliaFiera exhibition center in Misterbianco (Catania): SicilFerr (October 25–26) and Garden Day (October 24–26). These twin events, dedicated to hardware, tooling, and DIY, and to gardening, green spaces, and outdoor living, respectively, packed Pavilions C1 and C2. Together, they welcomed over 7,000 visitors and more than 200 exhibitors from across Sicily and Southern Italy.
“SicilFerr 2025 and Garden Day exceeded all expectations. These aren’t just trade fairs; they are laboratories for shared growth,” remarks Sebastian Galimberti,
creator of SicilFerr and owner of Ma.Mu. “We saw exhibitors unveiling exclusive new products, professionals debating safety, well-being, and digitalization, and enthusiastic visitors discovering new solutions to grow their businesses. These events prove that the hardware and garden markets are alive, dynamic, and ready to renew themselves without ever losing sight of quality and training.”
TANGIBLE MARKET OPPORTUNITIES
Under the SicilFerr brand, Ma.Mu successfully created an exhibition format that champions innovation and professionalism. Exhibitors presented product previews, industry operators discussed key topics like safety, corporate well-being, and digitalization, and visitors found concrete solutions to boost their business. The entire event was designed to prioritize networking, education, and real development opportunities.
TRADE FAIRS THAT BUILD REAL CONNECTIONS
Today, industry trade fairs like SicilFerr and Garden Day hold strategic importance. They are more than just showcases for products and services; they are true hubs for innovation, networking, and professional growth. They offer exhibitors and visitors the chance to interact directly, test new products, build partnerships, and consolidate commercial relationships in a highly qualified context, thereby contributing to the development and competitiveness of these economic sectors.
TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS
SicilFerr hosted safety workshops with ERSI, deep dives into corporate well-being with Eukinetica, and sessions on AI and innovation with CO.DE. Additionally, Veronica Gentili led insights on digital strategies to transform social networks into growth levers for hardware stores. The ERSI conference, in particular, was so successful that it was repeated on Sunday morning, giving an even wider audience the opportunity to participate.
IFERRNANDO: A PROTAGONIST AT SICILFERR
IFERRNANDO, the lively mascot of IFERR Magazine, confirmed his role as the ambassador of excellence in the worlds of hardware, paint, gardening, and safety. Bringing great energy to the event, he conducted exclusive interviews, giving a voice to retailers, distributors, and manufacturers while highlighting the sector’s daily challenges. Beyond the professional aspects, IFERRNANDO brought a touch of fun, snapping selfies and interacting with visitors. More than just a friendly symbol, he proved to be a true ally for operators, enriching the event and reinforcing IFERR’s communication philosophy based on closeness, pragmatism, and participation.
