Once again, Siretessile’s technical and coupled fabrics division will be attending the important September edition of the Lineapelle trade fair. Among the new Sire-Tex products stand out new upper materials specifically developed for safety footwear, which complement the existing collection of uppers for safety, trekking, and winter footwear.
Microcoat: a coated microfiber available in white or black, with various thicknesses, both S1 (waterproof) and S2 (waterproof and breathable). This material is also available PFC-free, a feature that has become very important and in demand in many sectors.
Along with Microcoat, for those seeking a suede effect, the collection also includes Microsuede: a synthetic microfiber available in various thicknesses, black, S1, or S2 (waterproof and breathable). Alongside Microcoat and Microsuede, the range of materials further enlarges: Protect Line, a coated microfiber featuring excellent abrasion resistance, ideal for making toecaps and upper inserts. This material is available with various finishes and allows for the creation of a functional product, while also featuring an attractive and personalized design. In addition to the products in the collection, one of Siretessile’s strengths is its customer service, thanks to the company’s in-house Research and Development department. The team works closely with customers to develop the product that best meets their needs in terms of durability, aesthetics, and quality.
Another key aspect of Research and Development is the valuable and crucial work on materials, with testing conducted in the company’s laboratory, Sirelab; as well as collaborating with the best laboratories to always stay up-to-date with tests and certifications in compliance with constantly updated regulations.
