Wintech, renowned internationally for the design and manufacture of rotary multi-station carousels, static vertical press and linear multi-station machines with translating injectors, also for multi-material/multicolor production, is confirmed as a leader in the field thanks to the development of new technologies and innovative machinery able to meet the ever-increasing demands of the market.

Among the flagship machines developed by the company stands out the WE202B, a machine series of injection EVA soles, sandals, galoshes and boots. There are two models available, which differ in the different sizes of the mold holder, embracing all the needs of footwear and non-footwear manufacturers.
WE203B is equipped with a linear configuration with two translating injectors, opening/closing by toggle system, from 2 to 10 stations. In addition to the standard version that offers mold plates suitable for the production of soles and sandals and small and medium-sized items, the version with larger dimensions of the mold plate and above all a greater opening stroke of the same is also available, thus allowing easy molding in EVA for boots and large items such as the injection of wheels and fenders, guaranteeing the operator ample working space during all the manual operations, such as extraction, mold cleaning and application of the release agent.
Like all its production lines, the EVA line is always attentive to the environmental impact, a real priority for Wintech: the hydraulic system developed for injection and molding machines saves up to 50% of electricity consumption. Wintech has adopted the same start&stop technology that is widely used in some household appliances and in cars to reduce consumption in urban traffic. The result is more sustainable production, because these machines reduce consumption and are also beneficial to the well-being of workers in the factory, since they operate quietly.
