All’edizione di febbraio Tanning Tech 2019 la PAJUSCO TECNOLOGIE, azienda con sede a Montebello Vicentino nel distretto conciario di Arzignano, ha presentato una decina di nuovi brevetti, confermandosi all’avanguardia a livello internazionale per la capacità di anticipare gli sviluppi del mercato e ribadendo il suo punto di forza nella capacità di progettare e realizzare strumentazioni innovative destinate al settore conciario.

“A Tanning Tech – spiega l’amministratore delegato Olimpio Storti – abbiamo registrato grande successo, proprio per aver presentato in anteprima diverse cose nuove, accolte con grande favore dagli imprenditori. Con un pizzico d’orgoglio posso dire che in certi ambiti siamo i primi al mondo a proporre queste innovazioni, che poi ci vengono copiate, ma nel frattempo noi ne presentiamo altre, ancora più avanzate. Nei laboratori e uffici della nostra sede studiamo, elaboriamo e lanciamo queste novità, facendo tutto in casa. C’è qualcosa che caratterizza il pacchetto innovativo presentato in Fiera a Milano?
In buona parte il lancio di nuove tecnologie è collegato alla salvaguardia delle macchine conciarie, per evitare rotture e inconvenienti anche gravi e costosi, a cui si aggiunge il danno di restare giorni senza lavorare. Il concetto è simile alle auto usate per muoverci, che segnalano la mancanza d’olio, la temperatura dell’acqua alta o il battistrada consumato. Le nostre strumentazioni prevedono tuttavia un sistema d’allarme acustico e in certi casi anche il blocco parziale del macchinario, proprio per obbligare l’operatore a ripristinare la situazione per riprendere a lavorare.
Quali sono i brevetti che stanno registrando maggior successo?
In particolare quello che prevede all’interno del bottale una sistemazione innovativa delle pale, in grado di garantire i ricicli, l’effetto pioggia, il sistema di scarico, ma anche una più veloce miscelazione con meno consumi e un sistema più automatizzato. Abbiamo inoltre lanciato un sistema di scarico automatico con etichettatura dei prodotti chimici presenti nelle autobotti: in questo modo al momento del carico è possibile procedere con il controllo e rilevare una serie di dati fondamentali. In un mercato sempre più selettivo per le concerie questa è la soluzione migliore per avere, ancora prima di scaricare, tutti i dati a disposizione. Inoltre abbiamo lanciato un filtro nuovo per la tintura, più piccolo, che garantisce il doppio lavoro di filtrazione e compattatura.
Altre novità rilevanti presentate a Tanning Tech 2019?
Le celle di carico per la lettura del peso, installate direttamente sul bottale e sui supporti già esistenti senza la necessità di modifiche, quindi in tempi più brevi e costi ridotti. Ulteriore novità è l’ingrassatore automatico dei supporti, che consente un passo in avanti: sinora l’ingrassatura avveniva manualmente, con il rischio che il mancato controllo o un rinvio potesse portare a rovinare il supporto o la bronzina o addirittura alla rottura del pezzo. Per quanto riguarda il controllo delle temperature proponiamo una doppia opzione: oltre a quella rilevata nel bottale, che non deve superare un certo valore, ora viene segnalata la temperatura dell’olio del riduttore, dove viene indicato in tempo reale anche il livello dell’olio.
In un settore ancorato alle tradizioni come quello del cuoio, si stanno affermando le nuove tecnologie di connessione. Che cosa proponete?
Stiamo lanciando la porta automatica wi-fi, senza più scatole o accessori esterni, un sistema notevolmente più semplice, più facile da usare e con un costo minore e che ci consente di collegarci in remoto con qualsiasi impianto installato nel mondo. Infine in Fiera a Milano abbiamo presentato un sensore di scarico del bagno, attraverso una valvola pneumatica wi-fi, priva di cavi o altri sistemi ingombranti, e una sonda wi-fi per il controllo del Ph, ossia l’alcalinità dell’acqua, un sistema importantissimo che sul mercato già esisteva, ma noi con le nostre tecnologie siamo riusciti a calibrarlo al meglio.
In definitiva come può essere riassunta la strategia imprenditoriale di PAJUSCO TECNOLOGIE?
La nostra caratteristica è la capacità di avere tutto sotto controllo, a partire dall’approvvigionamento delle materie prime, l’acquisto e stoccaggio di grandi quantità dei migliori legnami, la produzione delle componenti meccaniche e la carpenteria pesante (PAJUSCO possiede quote in una fonderia, ndr.) il monitoraggio delle diverse fasi di produzione fino alla consegna dell’impianto finito, attraverso la fornitura di un pacchetto completo. At Tanning Tech 2019, the company based in Montebello Vicentino confirms to be at the forefront when it comes to the launch of new tools and equipment that can be used on all machines.
At the February 2019 edition of Tanning Tech, PAJUSCO TECNOLOGIE, company based in Montebello Vicentino, in the Arzignano’s tanning district, showcased a few new patents, thus confirming its ability to act well in advance in terms of market developments as well as strengthening its status as an internationally renowned company specialized in the design and manufacturing of innovative equipment for the tanning industry.

What are the distinctive traits of the new innovations exhibited at Tanning Tech?
For the most part, the launch of the new technologies is related to the safeguard of the tanning machines, in order to avoid setbacks and damages, even serious and expensive ones, that might result in downtime. The concept is similar to the way our cars point out oil issues, high water temperature or the worn-out tread. However, our devices are equipped with a sound alarm system and, in some cases, even with the partial plant stoppage, giving to the employee the chance to reset the system and carry on working.
What are the most successful patents?
First of all, the one that entails the innovative placement of blades within the drum, able to guarantee recirculation, rain effect and the discharge system as well as a rapid mixing resulting in reduced consumption levels and in a higher automation. In addition to that, we have launched an automatic discharge system featuring the labelling of the chemicals in the tankers: in this way, during the loading phase, it is possible to closely monitor the operations and gather some pivotal data. In view of an increasingly sophisticated market, this is the best solution to have promptly at hand the required information. Moreover, we have developed a brand-new, smaller dyeing filter, that carries out both the filtering and the compacting procedures.
What other interesting innovations did you exhibit at Tanning Tech 2019?
The load cells for weight reading can be installed directly on the drum and on the existing supports, without requiring any change, thus resulting in a marked reduction in terms of time and costs. Another innovation is the supports’ automatic grease gun, an authentic breakthrough: up until now, greasing was a manual process and, therefore, in case of delays, either the support or the brass bearing could be damaged permanently. As far as temperature monitoring is concerned, we provide a double option: in addition to the data collected inside the drum, that must not exceed specific parameters, now it is possible to measure the reducer’s oil temperature, alongside the oil level, in real time.
In a sector still tied to traditions such as the tanning industry, new connection technologies are gaining a stronger foothold. What kind of solutions do you provide?
We are launching the automatic Wi-Fi port, that requires no boxes or other external accessories, thus resulting in a significantly simpler system, easy to use and less expensive, that gives us the chance to connect via remote with all plants independently of their geographic location. Last but not least, at Tanning Tech, we also exhibited a bath discharge sensor, provided with a pneumatic Wi-Fi valve, with no cables or other bulky systems, and a Wi-Fi probe for the monitoring of PH levels, that is, water alkalinity, the latter a very important tool, now available on the market in an upgraded version, perfectly calibrated.
In a nutshell, how do you sum up the entrepreneurial strategy pursed by PAJUSCO TECNOLOGIE?
Our distinctive trait is the ability to keep everything under control, starting with the supply of raw materials, the purchase and the storage of large quantities of the finest wood, the production of mechanical components and carpentry (PAJUSCO TECNOLOGIE owns the shares of a foundry, Ed.), the monitoring of the whole manufacturing cycle, up to the delivery of the finished plant, thus providing a comprehensive range of services.
