BELT FILTER Griglia autopulente a nastro per installazione in canale
Struttura completamente costruita in AISI 304, composta da due fiancate e da colonne distanziatrici. Nastro filtrante continuo, composto da denti di particolare profilo autopulente brevettato realizzati in materiale plastico resistente all’usura e agli acidi, assemblati su alberi in acciaio inox AISI 304 con passo di 100mm. Il nastro è dotato lateralmente di lamine in acciaio inox AISI 304 che si intersecano in modo da formare un barriera continua contro la fuoriuscita laterale del materiale grigliato. Alla base, una spazzola di fondo in nylon evita il passaggio dei corpi solidi attraverso lo spazio di rotazione dei denti. Il nastro è in grado di separare, dal liquame, i solidi in sospensione e di convogliarli sulla parte superiore della macchina dove, grazie alla particolare conformazione dei denti, all’atto dell’inversione del moto del nastro, avviene l’autopulizia, resa più efficace dall’utilizzo di una spazzola controrotante nel punto di scarico. I solidi, in questo modo, cadono per gravità nel punto prestabilito. La spazzola controrotante in nylon è azionata da un motoriduttore ad essa dedicato ed è montata su albero in acciaio inox AISI 304, sostenuto da supporti e cuscinetti lubrificati a grasso. Albero di trazione del nastro realizzato in acciaio inox, sostenuto alle estremità da supporti e cuscinetti stagni, lubrificati a grasso. Scivolo, per convogliare il materiale grigliato nel punto di scarico, realizzato in acciaio inox AISI 304. Motoriduttore di azionamento di primaria marca italiana lubrificato con olio long-life, calettato direttamente sull’albero di trazione del nastro. Sul gruppo riduttore è montato un limitatore di coppia di tipo elettromeccanico in grado di evitare danni al nastro, in caso di brusco arresto causato da grosse parti solide disperse nel liquame. Tubazione di lavaggio del nastro filtrante in acciaio inox AISI 304. Carter fissato con viti alla struttura di supporto e protezione di tutte le parti in movimento della porzione della griglia che fuoriesce dal canale secondo la Normativa di sicurezza vigente in acciaio inox AISI 304

BELT FILTER Self-cleaning belt grate for duct installation
The structure is completely made of AISI 304, consisting of two sides and spacer columns. The machine consists of a continuous belt filter, composed of teeth featuring an exclusive patented self-cleaning profile made of a plastic material which is resistant to use and acids, assembled on shafts made of stainless steel AISI 304, counting a pitch of 100 mm. The belt is laterally provided with stainless steel AISI 304 plates that intersect so to form a continuous barrier against the lateral leakage of the screened material. At the base, a nylon brush prevents the passage of solid bodies through the space of tooth rotation. The belt is able to separate, from the slurry, the solids suspended and funnel them to the top of the machine where, thanks to the particular shape of the tooth, at the time of the inversion of the motion of the belt, the self-cleaning starts, made more effective from the use of a counter-rotating brush in the point of discharge. This way, the solids fall by gravity in the preset point. The counter-rotating nylon brush is driven by a motor and is mounted on a stainless steel AISI 304 shaft, propped up by supports and grease-lubricated bearings. The traction shaft of the belt is made of stainless steel, propped up at its ends by supports and sealed bearings, lubricated by grease. The slide, for conveying the 234 screened material at the discharge point, is also made of stainless steel AISI 304. The gear motor, coming from one of the best Italian producer, is lubricated with long-life oil, keyed directly onto the traction shaft of the belt itself. On the gear unit there is an electromechanical torque limiter able to avoid any damage to the belt, in case of abrupt stop caused from large solid particles dispersed in the slurry. The cleaning pipelines of the belt filter are made of stainless steel AISI 304. The sump is fixed with screws to the supporting structure and all the moving parts of the portion of the grid that comes out of the channel are totally safe, made of stainless steel AISI 304 in accordance with the current regulations. www.sctech.it
