L’azienda Sintex di Brendola (Vicenza), specializzata nel settore delle macchine per spalmatura su carta transfer e tessuti, protagonista al Simac Tanning Tech: in mostra anche impianti da laboratorio
Il forno SFC300.3 si conferma il top di gamma per la categoria Lab Equipment della Sintex di Brendola (Vicenza), specializzata nel settore delle macchine per spalmatura su carta transfer e tessuti, che prevalentemente svolge attività connesse all’industria tessile, al settore calzaturiero e all’industria delle materie plastiche. L’azienda veneta è stata tra le protagoniste dell’ultimo Simac Tanning Tech, dove ha presentato anche altre novità, tra cui una sezione riguardante gli impianti da laboratorio. Nello stand, molto ben allestito, abbiamo incontrato Giuliano Griffante e Alessandro Pizzeghello, rispettivamente titolare e responsabile commerciale della Sintex, che ci hanno spiegato quanto proposto durante la rassegna fieristica.
“Il modello SFC300.3 esposto qui in fiera – le loro parole – è una novità assoluta nella ricerca e sviluppo per il settore sintetico, tessile tecnico e ora anche conciario: si tratta di un sistema di asciugatura per campioni di laboratorio spalmati su carta e tessuto. La differenza rispetto ai forni esistenti oggi è che si tratta di un macchinario moltiplicato per tre, con altrettante sezioni separate di temperatura, ventilazione e tempo di permanenza. Il sistema è controllato da un touch screen semplice e intuitivo e un pannello comandi a sua volta molto facile da usare. Il tutto è rappresentato da una struttura molto compatta, sviluppata in verticale, che risolve notevolmente le problematiche degli spazi nei laboratori che generalmente sono sempre ristretti. Aspetto molto importante in questo periodo il fatto che garantisce un risparmio di costi e di tempo, oggi il prezzo dell’energia sta riscuotendo l’interesse di tutti, quindi anche noi abbiamo deciso di solcare questa strada. Il modello portato al Salone rappresenta un prototipo ma in realtà è già entrato in produzione: stiamo infatti acquisendo nuovi contratti, sia in Italia che all’estero e principalmente con i produttori di prodotti chimici”.
Il grande interesse registrato nello stand Sintex ha riguardato anche altre novità. “Rispetto alle scorse edizioni – precisano Griffante e Pizzeghello – abbiamo valorizzato gli impianti da laboratorio, novità assolute per questa fiera, già esposte al Techtextil di Francoforte nel giugno 2022, rassegna mondiale che tratta in particolare macchinari tessili, e all’interno di queste si inserisce anche il sintetico. Quest’ultimo è parte della tecnologia che stiamo utilizzando per le rifinizioni “Sintleather” con la carta siliconata. Gli impianti da laboratorio presentati in Germania sono utilizzabili anche per concia e pelle. Si tratta di un settore in crescita, che richiederà non solo impianti che stiamo vendendo bene e che si sta sviluppando in maniera quasi inaspettata, ma anche un lavoro di ricerca e sviluppo adeguato. Con i nostri impianti da laboratorio garantiamo una fornitura completa di gamma per poter spalmare, accoppiare le pelli e creare la ricerca necessaria e lo sviluppo di articoli nuovi a tutti quei clienti che già stanno utilizzando i nostri macchinari o hanno intenzione di farlo”.
È molto positivo il bilancio finale del Tanning Tech per l’azienda vicentina. “Per noi la Fiera è andata benissimo – concludono – noi abbiamo iniziato a lavorare il giorno prima dell’apertura, quando abbiamo già ricevuto delle visite di clienti, mentre finivamo di allestire lo stand. A livello di consuntivo possiamo dire che le presenze di operatori italiani e stranieri sono equamente suddivise, questo rappresenta già un aspetto significativo e in parte inatteso se pensiamo che i nostri principali clienti asiatici non si sono visti a Milano”.

The SFC300.3 drying oven is confirmed to be the top-of-the-range of Sintex’s Lab Equipment category. The company, headquartered in Brendola (Vicenza province) and specialized in the field of coating machines on transfer paper and fabrics, mainly deals with the textile, footwear and plastics industries. The company stood out among the protagonists of the Tanning Tech, where it also showcased other innovations, including a section related to laboratory systems. In the very well set up stand, we met Giuliano Griffante and Alessandro Pizzeghello, respectively owner and sales manager of Sintex, who explained in details the range on display.
“The SFC300.3 model we brought here at the fair – their words – is a real R&D innovation for the synthetic, technical textile and now also for the tanning sector: it is a drying system for laboratory samples laminated with paper and fabric. The difference compared to existing ovens today is that this a threemachines- in-one, as it features separate sections for temperature, ventilation and dwell time. The system is controlled by a simple and intuitive touch screen and by a control panel, also very easy to use. The whole consists of a very compact structure, developed vertically: this is a notable feature as laboratories are generally tight and don’t have much space. It also guarantees savings in costs and time, that is a very important aspect especially nowadays; the energy price is arousing everyone’s interest, so we too have decided to follow this path. The model we brought to the fair is a prototype but it has actually already entered production: as a matter of fact, we are getting new contracts, both in Italy and abroad, mainly with chemicals companies.”
A great interest was also addressed to other Sintex’s innovations displayed at the stand. “Compared to the previous editions – Griffante and Pizzeghello specify – we have enhanced the laboratory systems, displaying them for the first time at this fair. We actually launched them back in June 2022 at the Techtextil Exhibition in Frankfurt, a world show that deals in particular with machinery for textile and synthetic. The latter is part of the technology we are using for the “Sintleather” finishing with silicone paper. The laboratory plants presented in Germany can also be used for tanning and leather. This sector is growing almost unexpectedly, and it will require not only proper systems – those we are selling well, – but also adequate R&D activities. Our laboratory systems guarantee a complete range to laminate or couple the hides; we also carry out the necessary research and development work on new items, a service we provide for all those customers who already rely on our machines are or intend to do so.”
The final balance of Tanning Tech for the Vicenza-based company is very positive. “For us, the fair went very well – they conclude – we started working the day before the opening: we received visits from customers while we were finishing to setting up the stand. Italian and foreigner customers are equally divided; this is a significant and partly unexpected aspect, considering that the most of our clients come from Asia and could not show up in Milan.”
