specifically designed for the synchro processing of full cow hides. On the grain side it is used for pattern printing, tipping effects and light coverings. On the flesh side, it is used to apply aromas and fixative to stop fibres for the automotive sector. More than 50 years of active experience in the tannery field have contributed to the development of the Synchrocoat-3400 which is a refined machine, with high precision mechanics and extremely easy to use and maintain.
Main features of the Synchrocoat-3400
The machine basically consists of three divisible bodies:
• feeding conveyors,
• central unit,
• leather peel-off device.
This opening system has no equal and allows easy and extremely useful access thanks to well-proven movements.
FEEDING CONVEYORS
• Dual conveyors with independent drives, automatic centring and adjustable leather spreading device. Precision positioning.
• Automatic locking and unlocking system for conveyor unit movement.
CENTRAL UNIT
• The engraved roller is motorised through a high-precision automatic axial clutch, allowing it to be replaced quickly.
• The counterpressure roller is directly motorised.
• The working thickness has a centesimal precision with anti-backlash device.
• The colour doctor blade is independently motorised and all movements are made on recirculating ball guides with centesimal precision.
• The washing tank opens pneumatically and the brush is independently motorised.
LEATHER PEEL-OFF DEVICE (P.O.D.)
• Colour roller leather peel-off device.
• Counterpressure roller leather peel-off device.
• Dual independent drives.
Moreover, this machine is designed to receive a roller storage with gantry to store colour rollers with various engravings.
