MEC MAN runs fast to meet the future

A few months after the establishment of MEC MAN TOSCANA, which took place immediately after the acquisition of ITALIMPIANTI (Santa Croce sull’Arno, Pisa province) which designs, manufactures and assembles overhead catenaries and conditioning machines, MEC MAN, based in Lugo di Vicenza, is getting ready to participate in Tanning Tech in September.
Marco Agostini, co-owner of Mec Man, reveled us some news to come about his company, leader on the national market and international in the field of vacuum dryers, staking machines and vacuum systems and renowned worldwide for its large plants.
You had to give up your participation in the Dubai fair at the last minute, what are your plans for the next events?
“We are getting ready for the Milan fair, we want to be at the top because this show, after three years slowdowns, will represent the return to normality. We await the arrival of operators from all over the world. For this reason, we have also decided not to take part it the fairs in Turkey and Uzbekistan and concentrate only on September.”
What do you expect to happen in September?
“In just three months we have closed many important contracts, we are sure that at Tanning Tech we will see a real explosion”.
What’s cooking in the pot?
“I can’t reveal the details but I can tell you in advance that we will present two new patents that will change the entire tanning system, simplifying it further.”
You were very far-sighted in acquiring Italimpianti…
“I said that we would be able to offer our customers the possibility of having a single interlocutor for the construction of the entire drying department, and so it was. We now have in-house people able of dealing with the technological development we have always believed in. The potential is huge and we will be able to launch important innovations to the market that will make a difference, which will really change the way things are done”.
