The event has been a unique fashion happening. Held under the patronage of the Lombardy Region and the Municipality of Milan and dedicated to emerging design talents, it transformed Spazio Lineapelle Milan in Piazza Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa into a true laboratory of ideas where leather was reinterpreted in a surprising and innovative way.
The Young Designers Edition focused on originality and quality of the collections bringing together carefully selected emerging international designers from various Italian fashion schools, who took advantage of this opportunity to create valuable connections for their professional future. The young creatives demonstrated technical mastery and a cutting-edge aesthetic vision. The soirée was an opportunity for networking, interacting with industry experts, buyers, and media representatives. Lineapelle and Unic-Concerie Italiane gave visibility to the collections presented to an international audience.
The young designers were able to interpret contemporary fashion trends using leather in an innovative and experimental way. Each of them brought their vision to the stage, shaping leather into 50 unique looks that paraded on the urban catwalk in the center of medieval Milan. The Young Designers Edition demonstrated that leather, a noble and versatile material, can be reinterpreted in a contemporary way, adapting to a young and dynamic audience. The creations were able to combine tradition and innovation, craftsmanship and design.
A party was enriched by an engaging showcase of the garage band Animaux Formidables, followed by performances by Ginevra Lamborghini and Matthew, and a DJ set by Dj Kosmi, which created an amazing atmosphere celebrating the talent and innovation of young designers.
Lineapelle’s initiative once again demonstrated the importance of supporting young talent in the fashion industry. The Young Designers Edition represents a springboard for emerging creatives, offering them the opportunity to enter the world of work and establish themselves on the international scene.
The next edition of Lineapelle Young Designers Edition already promises to be an unmissable event to discover new trends and talents.
