And there are details that are so refined, so qualitatively high that they even go beyond the integral vision of an entire product. Based on this philosophy, Lorenzo Giacomozzi, Sales and Marketing Director of Val Vibrata Accessories, created the success of the company, based in Teramo, specializing in the design, production and distribution of metal parts and components for the production of footwear and leather goods.
What are the new articles that you presented this year?
“For this first phase of the year we have tried to play with shapes, two-tone effects, special finishes such as enamels and rhinestones. We have also launched an important innovation, the new eco-sustainable and completely recyclable materials such as steel, which are added to the other existing accessories free of any harmful substance and perfectly in line with all current regulations in order to satisfy all the requests of an increasingly attentive and demanding market.”
How important is this approach to you? And for the customers?
“It is very important to both of us. As a matter of fact, we are introducing more and more materials with zero environmental impact and we are launching them on the market. The feedback is increasingly positive. We have been undertaking this company policy for some years now, obtaining the certifications related to each type of processing and to the materials used. Finally, we have also achieved ISO 14.000 certification.”
New products, recyclable materials and greater attention to the environment…
“And it’s not over. As far as our factory is concerned, we are completing the plant engineering of the new production site of about 4000 square meters that we designed a year and a half ago. Always with an eye to the environment, we are also setting up new photovoltaic systems, in perfect line with the ecological transition, which will allow us to benefit from a different source of energy, eliminate CO2 emissions and fight on the front line against global warming.”
Behind every revolution there is always deep research, do you agree?
“Behind our accessories, which at times may even seem easy to develop, there is a very in-depth study. By using all our skills to optimize the production process and create new technical solutions, we eliminate possible errors and simplify the operation of certain items, guaranteeing our customers a result that meets the highest quality and aesthetic standards.”
Is there still great demand for customizations?
“Yes, we are in contact with many style offices. We can say that all our customers, and our partners, consider us a reliable supplier precisely because we are able to develop even the most complicated projects. We offer qualified technical assistance, supporting companies during all phases of the design process thanks to our highly specialized department. We are equipped with many machines that allow us to carry out any processing technique, always managing to find suitable solutions to meet the most diverse needs.”
