Alba&N features modern factories located both in Italy and in Albania, equipped with the latest generation technologies, ensuring low environmental impact and low consumption; also thanks to its deep know-how, the company has won over an important slice of the national and international market, also thanks to production and service flexibility and customization: a constant commitment aimed at offering tailor-made footwear based on specific requests. To do this, the company relies on the work of the modeling department of one of the factories located in Italy, managing to provide samples very quickly. Furthermore, thanks to an in-house laboratory equipped with machinery and tools that carry out sample tests both on batches of raw materials and on the finished product, utmost quality and safety are always guaranteed. The company relies on the best Italian producers of injection machinery and molds, while, as far as materials are concerned, research is constant; over the years, much importance has also been given to local businesses, which always provide interesting inputs and with which a good synergy has been established. Alba&N offers its customers a varied range of fashion, safety and work shoes, made with top quality materials and components, that guarantee excellent performance, but also comfort and captivating aesthetics. A constant commitment that has made this Italian company and the entire Alba Shoes group one of the reference points for firms in the sector, including several internationally renowned brands. As a matter of fact, for almost thirty years the company has been producing on behalf of private labels, as well as for the Alba&N brand. A particular focus today is on comfort, an essential feature of any type of footwear, both for leisure and for work. The feet have to absorb a significant amount of stress every day from external, mechanical or climatic factors. Sweaty feet, or on the contrary freezed feet, heavy legs or, even worse, calluses, blisters and sore feet can affect the posture of workers, arising further physical problems that compromise well-being and health. Hence the inventiveness of Alba&n, whose expert craftsmen, technicians and designers have found a way to combine safety requirements with the need for comfort for better foot well-being and, in general, for greater safety. The comfort of a shoe derives first of all from the lightness which, however, in this sector, cannot ignore strength and resistance. The first step to make the perfect shoe combining safety and comfort was to look for new sneaker models, inspired by the fashion trends of the moment; afterwards, the Alba&n team tried to make them light, daily using its resources to search for the right materials, blends and combinations to make the shoes light. Finally, the real challenge: to make shoes safe, from the sole to the lace, thus making use of anti-abrasion, breathable, but water-repellent technical fabrics, always with a low specific weight. However, lightness is also felt as a sensation that derives from the ergonomics and flexibility of the components, essential prerogatives for an optimal adherence of the foot to the shoe as if the latter were an extension of the same, and therefore integral part of our lower limbs. The constant research on materials has led to the selection of new technical fabrics featuring high abrasion resistance that have given life to work shoes so light and colorful that they seem to all intents and purposes sneakers, practical and comfortable. All the footwear produced by Alba&N is certified according to the EN ISO 20345:2011 and 20347:2012 standards.
