The aforementioned title perfectly recaps ALETTI’s 2021. After getting a good feedback on a patent presented at the beginning of the year, the company applied for a new one in July: they are both related to the innovative buffing system resulting from constant R&D activities in the field of leather buffing.
In order to establish itself as leader in the buffing field, Aletti carried out several actions, such as the strengthening of research and development activities (increased by more than 3% compared to the average of the last three years), the design of two new patents and the development of three projects started in 2020 for different sectors (leather, elastic products and microfiber). By facing multiple issues on a range of materials, Aletti is able to offer the most advanced and customized solutions for each sector. There are now eight new “basic” versions of the buffing machine able to solve the most complex problems occurring from any type of flexible material, guaranteeing high production speed, excellent finish, high safety standards, calibration accuracy, reduced environmental impact and simplified machine / operator interface. The company is confident about the success of the new buffing technologies, currently under patent process, and wishes to keep on the positive trend: after an excellent 2020, 2021 is recording the same good results, laying the foundations for further future developments.
