Entrust the whole the share capital in the hands of a single shareholder. This is the action recently undertaken by the Pirolo family which took over the entire share package of Antoniana Minuterie, a company specialized in the design and production of components for footwear, going from 50% to 100% of the ownership. The initiative led by Evelino Pirolo, one of the founding partners in 1976, intends to mark a new course for the Padua-based company between innovation and responsibility: the decision was taken with a view to grow and expand towards new markets. A single shareholder will enable developing projects to be completed faster and manage more effective, streamlined activities. “I am proud and satisfied with what has been achieved so far, I believe in the people who make up this team and I am sure we will be able to do even more,” declared the new sole shareholder Evelino Pirolo.
