ITALIAN FUR ASSOCIATION THE NEW PRSIDENT IS ROBERTO TADINI

Roberto Tadini
The Assembly of the Italian Fur Association on November 3rd, 2020 elected Roberto Tadini as the new President of the category. He succeeds Roberto Scarpella, who has led association from 2011 and who from now on will hold the role of Honorary President.

Born in Caravaggio in the province of Bergamo in 1969, Roberto Tadini enters the M.I.B. Manifattura Italiana del Brembo in 1999, after having worked for ten years in the financial world. To understand the dynamics of the fur and the tanning sectors, he moves from financial management to marketing, from production to the position of Sole Director of the Company (2010).

Tadini is an entrepreneur and since many years his roles have been very close to the category: in 2014 he was elected President of the Italian Fur Association of the Lombardy Region and Vice President of the Italian national Fur Association, as well as Director of the Mifur Exhibition Center (today Mifur Srl with sole shareholder); in 2016 (to date) he is President of IFDDA (International Fur Dressers’ and Dyers’ Association) and in 2017 (to date) he is Director of Fur Europe, the Federation that represents the entire European fur value chain (breeders, auction houses, artisans, designers, producers and retailers).
