Danese, based in Arzignano, launched two new tannery machines at Simac Tanning Tech that revisit the previous models in terms of functionality and performance
Danese, based in Arzignano and specialized in the supply of machines, spare parts and accessories for the tanning industry, will once again attend the next edition of Simac Tanning Tech promising imminent innovations. The protagonist at the fair will be two upgraded tannery machines, very interesting in terms of reliability and performance: Fleshway D-2/MAX and Impact D1 with double piston.
Designed to transport the residues of fleshing operations away from the fleshing machine, the Fleshway D-2/MAX boasts a double capacity compared to the traditional D2, for example it is able to push up to 26 cubic meters/hour of fleshings and therefore to support even the heaviest and fastest residues. The Fleshway D-2 is suitable for following the production of a through-feed fleshing machine or two hydraulic machines at the same time without any need for water during the fleshing phase. The machine can be modified in order to press the shaving, producing more or less compact discs according to the customer’s needs.
The new Impact D1 compactor with double piston, featuring independent control units and electrical panels, is able of compacting up to 90 kilograms of shavings and, in the event of a failure, it still ensures that one of the two compacting pistons keeps on working, avoiding machine downtimes. Its simple design allows it to use it long-term, ensuring low time and costs of maintenance. A porthole has been created on the side of the dust collection tank which allows you to check the level of the material. A level probe, supplied as an option, allows the machine to start up only in the presence of material to be compacted.
Based in one of the most important tanning centers in the world, Danese is today a point of reference for Italian and foreign tanning companies that intend to invest in components and technologies with a highly competitive quality/price ratio. And that’s not all. The Veneto-based company also offers its customers an excellent technical assistance and spare parts service. Thanks to its dynamic structure, it is able to guarantee timely interventions for the resolution of any problem, so as to reduce machine downtime to a minimum. Danese is also a reliable dealer of spare parts and accessories at affordable prices, as well as carefully reconditioned machines made operational again.
