At the Simac Tanning Tech show in Milan, scheduled September 17 - 19, DMS will lauch an innovative machine, which can also be used in other sectors
DMS, based in Montecchio Maggiore (Vicenza), will be among the protagonists at Simac Tanning Tech, one of the main global events in the tanning sector, scheduled at the Milan Fair September 17 – 19. As a matter of fact, the Veneto-based company, working on the Italian and foreign markets with two brands, DMS Italia and DMS International, chose to attend the fair, as already happened for many editions, presenting an innovative machine within its stand, which can also be used in other sectors in addition to that of leather, which currently remains the core business of the company, headquartered in the Arzignano district.
“We will launch exclusively for the Italian and foreign market – explains Dario Rubbo, co-owner together with Diego Cailotto, historic founders in 1997 – a new machine, model 800, equipped with a conveyor belt, for finished leather. Actually, it this machine is not brand new, because this model, which we are convinced will become a flagship for DMS in the coming years, has already been developed and sold abroad, where is fully operational. Therefore, the one that we’ll display at the fair won’t be a prototype, but the second machine we have assembled. The main innovation lies in the fact that it can be used in various fields, for example in textiles and furniture, but also in others. The system is intended for finished materials, which can be attached to different surfaces by overheating with glue or adhesive. We are sure that this innovation will receive positive feedback among trade operators and future new customers.”
However, this will not be the only machine displayed in the area reserved for DMS in the 2024 edition of the fair. As in previous years, the tested Rc Paint 1800 model will be showcased customers will also be offered the 3400 model, the larger one). That is an innovative roller coater machine for leather finishing, which embodies the perfect synthesis between technology, simplicity and ecological sensitivity. Rc Paint, which is enjoying great success in the Italian and foreign markets, is suitable for most types of leather, with different softnesses, and is ideal for the application of fillers, impregnation, coverings, hot and cold greasing, application of products foamed on splits, buffed and full grain.
“We will present several updates and innovations from a technological point of view at the fair for this machine and other models that are part of our range – concludes Rubbo -, for example with regards to displays and electrical panels. These are significant innovations that we will have the opportunity to explain in detail to those who come to visit us at our stand.”
