The current year marks important projects and significant milestones for the Veneto-based company, which is about to inaugurate a new production plant ready to meet the technical and commercial needs of a brand in strong and constant expansion.
In addition to the historic plant located in Altavilla Vicentina, EL.PA. has recently inaugurated a second adjacent structure, bringing the usable area to over 2000 square meters, equipped with modern technical and commercial offices, a computerized vertical warehouse, necessary to manage not only the multi- brand spare parts but also the components owned by EL.PA., a meeting room and obviously, new equipment for the on-site construction of EL.PA machinery., effectively doubling the production capacity.
Since 1997, the year of foundation of EL.PA., the path of the Vicenza-based company has always been marked by a policy of expansion combined with strong stability and reliability over time.
Thanks to a constant and progressive activity in the field of technical services for the leather industry, over the years it has acquired a prominent position to which many tanning companies rely on, especially those who seek for a single reference point able of satisfy many requests in terms of quality and efficiency. In recent years, the company has been able to establish itself on the Italian market but above all on the foreign market, in particular in the design and manufacture of machines for finishing and industrial spray painting.
The current year has been very successful for EL.PA.: in addition to the normal installations and ongoing projects, it has recently been chosen by an important Italian tannery boasting over 100 years of history – the only company in the country with state participation, – for a great, eco-friendly innovation project of the finishing plants. As a matter of fact, EL.PA. is able to provide unique solutions in terms of environmental impact.
This noteworthy success goes hand in hand with a rapidly growing presence in foreign markets; thanks to the collaborations set in Asia and the Americas, in 2023 important supply contracts were signed with some of the most famous tanning groups in the world.
Always with a keen eye on the always new needs of customers, the company has been able to respond with cutting-edge systems such as the FLL automatic sampling booth, a real compact finishing line capable of carrying out sampling and small productions in a completely automated way.
Also in terms of production process savings and of environmental impact reduction, EL.PA. is reconfirmed to stand out among others by the most thoughtful customers: the flagship product is the HX-300 low-pressure spray gun capable of operating at pressures ranging between 0.2 and 0.6 bar coupled with the advanced economizer CO.VER, still well appreciated worldwide.
