His experience, gained first in Galli and then in an industrial automation company, combined with a shared strategic vision, make him a key element in the team. In 2020, driven by a desire to contribute to the renewal of Galli, he returned to the company under the leadership of CEO Carlo Galli, who at the same time had embarked on an ambitious generational change project, facing challenges such as the merger with Overmec and the creation of a new corporate structure. His story, as well as that of other employees, is an example of how the combination of willingness, experience and innovation is crucial to success. Today, Galli is a fast-growing company with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.

“I would like to emphasize that our goal is not limited to the mere supply of machinery. We want to offer our clients a complete service, including finding customized solutions, after-sales support, and training in the use of our technologies. In this sense, our demos with Paco Bazán S.L in Spain and Sas Beraud in France, for example, are concrete examples of winning synergies. However, our partnership strategy is not limited to established markets. We are actively engaged in identifying and developing relationships with partners in new emerging markets, such as Mexico. Our experience in Mexico is emblematic. Customers were no longer satisfied by local services in terms of innovation, service, and promotion of our products. This prompted us to look for a new solution, focused on the client and quality of service. After three years of work and extensive research, we finally found an ideal partner. Working with this young and dynamic partner allowed us to regain the trust of Mexican clients and position ourselves as a leader in the local market. A key element of our success in this country was our participation in an online fair promoted by Assomac and Ice. This event, although it did not bring fruitful contacts, allowed us to establish relationships with the Mexican industry association and obtain a list of potential partners. Choosing the right partner made all the difference. We found a company that shares our philosophy focused on quality and innovation. The collaboration with this young and dynamic partner has allowed us to regain the trust of Mexican customers and renew our attractiveness in the local market.”

What exactly happens during your demos?
“On-site demos, unlike traditional trade shows such as Simac, take place directly at dealers, creating a less chaotic environment and fostering a more in-depth dialogue with clients. During the demos, we present the latest in machinery and make technicians and salespeople available to answer questions and solve specific problems. This personalized approach offers several advantages: greater attention to client requirements because we can understand the needs of each client in detail and propose targeted solutions. We are gathering very positive feedback. Going forward, we will keep on investing in this type of event, optimizing the format and content to provide an increasingly engaging and useful experience to our customers.”

“We are not stopping and we keep on innovating. We are considering integrating a CRM system into our management system. This will allow us to map all information correctly, maintain a complete track record and optimize internal communication. We will get to know our clients and their needs even better, offering a more personalized and targeted service. In addition, we are focusing on the “Vision” project, our new line of optical bonding machines. Vision is the third generation of a technology developed by Overmec at first, and then by Galli over the past 15 years. This new version has been completely revamped with intuitive and easy-to-use software. The goal is to simplify the use of the machine as much as possible, making it accessible even to less experienced operators. Our commitment to renewal and innovation does not stop here, for sure. We will keep on investing in R&D to offer our clients the best possible solutions.”
