At Gamar Italia creativity and technology come together to offer unique solutions for their quality and design features
“The global exhibition sector has been profoundly marked by the pandemic, and Lineapelle has not yet caught up with the trend of the pre-Covid years – says Giovanni Andrea Pozzi, owner and sole director of the Vigevano-based company specializing in the design and manufacture of small parts for the sector footwear – however I cannot complain about the trend of the last edition. We have worked quite well and met important clients also from abroad: French, Germans, Spaniards, Portuguese, even Russians despite the current global geopolitical situation.” Despite a constant increase in the costs of raw materials and energy, Gamar Italia did not give up to uncertainty, and in an enlarged and customized booth at Lineapelle the company introduced interesting innovations for fashion and sports shoes.
“Tenerife – explains Diego Colombo, sales manager – is a particular chain that can be applied like a traditional stud. The added value is evident. As it doesn’t require the support of straps for fastening, the Tenerife chain stud can be mounted as a decorative element anywhere on a shoe, boot or outerwear.” Chains and clamps with an original design and small parts in PVD (an innovative process, a valid alternative to galvanic finishes) for high fashion accessories were also put on display. Last, but not least, the company presented the high tenacity webbing kit QLS Easy (in different sizes), developed for the QLS rotor, the quick fastening system that guarantees an ergonomic, effective, comfortable closure, able to support all the work loads.
