A place out of time and space, conceived for the display of new models, welcoming customers and for lively exchanges of ideas and projects. That’s the new SKA Shoes showroom, located in the heart of Monza, a few steps from the company store, in a building clearly featuring an industrial outlook covering around 350 sqm plus a mezzanine floor.
SKA, a modern and well-established business, is renowned on the market as a symbol of Italian creativity, thanks to trendy, essential and ageless models, suitable for the modern woman, who’s split between work and femininity, looking for a comfortable style, but still capable of emphasizing elegance and harmony. Boasting a production that reaches 3000 shoes per day, divided into two lines – classic and vegan –, SKA features an international distribution network that is widespread in over 20 countries worldwide. The need to find a meeting place where to welcome customers, get to know the new models or simply consolidate relationships in a comfortable place holding a good cup of coffee, witnesses the company’s constant commitment towards a more modern and international approach to customer services, in an environment which is professional and informal at the same time.
As a matter of fact, inside the showroom aesthetics and emotion come together in a vintage, post-modern appeal, in between a home and a workplace: several trinkets and antique furniture are interspersed with plants of different species; the sturdy scaffolding that makes up the mezzanine and its metal staircase contrast with the white walls, with the lights of a long-standing factory.
Beyond the exhibition space, the showroom also features some offices and a useful design studio, where SKA’s team meet to study new trends and design new models. The real protagonists of this space, however, are SKA footwear, displayed along part of the perimeter and on some special supports well arranged here and there. Every model here tells its story; indeed, it whispers it in the ear of those who know how to grasp its true essence.
