Durable, lightweight, and customizable soles and insoles: Inline Embraces Innovation, quality, and Sustainability with new 4.0 technologies and sustainable materials for cutting-edge production
From its headquarters in Fermo, Marche, Inline stands out as an example of excellence in the footwear industry, a company that looks to the future with innovation, responsibility, and a constant focus on customer needs. Riccardo Cognigni, the company’s owner, talks about his bestsellers introduced at the latest edition of Lineapelle: “Our products are constantly evolving. Among the latest innovations, there are carbon fiber-loaded insoles for heeled shoes, which offer exceptional resistance and lightness, 30% higher than traditional insoles.” In addition to these, Inline offers injected insoles in polymers such as ABS or polypropylene, which, thanks to the mold production process, guarantee resistance and consistent quality: “Our workhorse is the injected ABS insole for high heels,” explains Cognigni. “It is a niche product, particularly appreciated for its quality and rarity on the market.” The outlook for 2024 is not positive, with the footwear industry in a state of stagnation. However, the company has been able to diversify its production, also focusing on technical sectors such as work & safety and military footwear. “We look to the future with confidence,” says Cognigni. “We recently participated in a tender that will allow us to replace our machinery with 4.0 models, more competitive and sustainable.” Indeed, attention to the environment is a fundamental value for the Marche-based company. The company invests in innovative technologies to reduce its production impact and is committed to using recyclable and low-energy materials.
