Spraytech, specialized in the production of painting systems, is getting ready to face the challenges of 2022
Innovation and development. These are the tools through which SPRAYTECH, based in the district of Arzignano (Gambellara, Vicenza province), is getting ready to face the markets in 2022. The company is specialized in the design and construction of paint distribution systems, flow regulators, spray booths and complete and fully automated lines; almost the whole of the models are patented.
“During the past year and a half – told us Stefano Mastrotto, CEO & Technical Director of SPRAYTECH, at the Tanning Tech Show – we have made important steps forward in terms of innovation, developing many new products, those we brought here, for example the mixing machines. We have also improved the painting lines, especially focusing on electronics; the goal, also requested by our customers, is to develop increasingly automated machines, aiming at reducing, up to completely canceling, manpower and human errors.
Robotization let the entrepreneur or the manager of a tannery save time and money: when a batch of leather is ruined, the costs to be faced are very high.”
According to the CEO of SPRAYTECH there will also be other strategies to be implemented throughout 2022. “Nobody has the perfect recipe, but if we want to grow further, we must focus more and more on quality and customer care. Considering the pandemic, still running worldwide, it will be important to work well in Italy, perhaps in search of new customers, even though foreign countries are important, we have always operated successfully at home.”
Another essential aspect regards the importance of green technology. “Everyone talks about this topic – concludes Stefano Mastrotto – but it must be supported, not only by words, in an ever more decisive and effective way.
By now the path is traced, and it’s no longer possible to go back. In other words, it is a binding choice but we do not know where we will end up in terms of legislation and new regulations. Indeed, from 1 January 2022, new limitations will be triggered on machines and in particular on emissions, while further steps are foreseen in the following years. Given that in Italy we are ahead of almost all other countries and that in recent decades considerable progress has been made, it will be necessary to work together towards this direction and above all to build up a more intense relationship with the customer, who is also aware of this path.”
