Officina Meccanica TADDEI of Castelfranco di Sotto (Pisa) restarts in the post-pandemic under the sign of eco-sustainability following its strategic entrepreneurial philosophy.
This company is a leader in the production of steel drums and deals also with repair, overhaul and reconditioning of machines for the tanning industry in compliance with the current regulations in terms of safety (CE marking), boasting years of experience. Thanks to its long expertise in technical assistance, the Tuscan company also offers any kind of consultancy, both mechanical and electronic, even in the field of production cycles.
Federico Taddei
“The market has been significantly affected for a long period – specifies the owner Federico Taddei – and consumption within our sector has been very much reduced, considerably slowing down or even stopping production in some cases. Now, there is a slow recovery but new problems related to deliveries of some materials like plastics and metals arose along with crazy price increases, doubling in several cases. This situation is hard to explain and not easy to understand; we hope that we can soon go back to normal and be able to travel again, in foreign countries above all.
Officina Meccanica TADDEI should exhibit at the 2021 Simac Taning Tech edition, scheduled from 22 to 24 September in Milan, but it is yet still to be confirmed. “It will take two more weeks to discuss with our staff about our participation at the event – concludes Federico Taddei. If it were, we will introduce some novelties. I cannot give more detailed information, however I can anticipate that all our efforts in recent times have concentrated on green products, energy saving and environmental protection. The last 15 months sectorial fairs were suspended; despite being important and prestigious showcases, they have been replaced from remote contacts with customers thanks to new technologies.
