Today Robinson employed 17 people, three of which belong to the family Tsichlaki, Maria and her sons Nikos and Manos Perimenis. The first one is located at the factory by the age of 18 years and is responsible sales. The second is responsible for production. Both of them visit international reports footwear and updated for the fashion trends. The production is 300 pairs per day. Most of these raw materials are imported from Italy and the other from selected Greek factories. Robinson operates in facilities owned by 2010 and it is equipped with the most modern machinery which gives the opportunity to increase the volume of production, to improve the quality and reduce delivery time of orders. Modernization began in 1998 and continuing until today, which certifies the important work but also the high cost of this investment. “The industry is in crisis, says Maria Tsichlaki, but we resist ok difficult times we support the Greek market and invest. We are from the few who insist and we hope to justify the love, passion and hope not only our own but also of our parents’.
