The firm based in Seriate (Bergamo province) attended the latest edition of A+A, one of the most prominent occupational safety trade shows that took place in Düsseldorf from October 26th to 29th, 2021: on that occasion, Rossini showcased Re-use Re-work, that is, the brand- new workwear collection made with eco-friendly materials, especially regenerated polyester, and that features two types of jackets, a t-shirt, a sweatshirt and a pair of trousers. The line relies on the rPET recycle process: the latter, besides markedly reducing polluting emissions and optimizing the use of natural resources, guarantees that the whole production cycle’s eco-compatibility, from the use of recycled plastic bottles to the actual manufacturing phase, in compliance with the parameters set by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS).
“For us, sustainability is a true priority and this collection is just the starting point to foster an increasingly eco-friendly Rossini,” stated Marco Rossini, chairman and managing director, whom we met at the A+A exhibition. The firm’s desire is to turn this growing attention to environmental safeguard and to green solutions into a daily challenge: “Our goal is to commit every day and in a concrete way to reducing resources consumption and, when possible, to recycling raw materials,” explained Rossini.
