Silvateam, a leading company in the production of plant extracts, particularly for the tanning industry, has announced the appointment of Massimiliano “Max” Bonzo as its new CEO. Bonzo, who previously held the same role at the subsidiary JRS Silvateam Ingredients, succeeds Fabrizio Donegà.
A graduate in Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, Bonzo furthered his education with experiences at Harvard, Imperial College and IESE. His solid experience, strategic vision and constant commitment have made him the ideal choice to lead Silvateam towards new goals.

During his previous role at JRS Silvateam Ingredients, a joint venture between Silvateam and the JRS group, Bonzo led the company to 75% organic growth in just four years (2019-2024).
