Featuring more than thirty years of experience, Spraytech is now acknowledged as a benchmark in the tanning sector when it comes to industrial painting. The firm headquartered in Gambellara (Vicenza province) designs and manufactures paint distribution systems and plants, accessories for industrial painting, electronic efficiency systems. With a keen eye for the clientele’s needs, the company can provide complete plants designed according to specific projects.

Leather industrial painting is a sector strongly influenced by the growing demand for more sustainable processes and for higher environmental awareness. Spraytech has equipped its painting lines with energy-saving technologies, sales low-consumption guns and much more, and this is the same trend embodied by the innovations showcased at the latest edition of Tanning Tech, as confirmed by Marco Bendinelli, Back Office.

“We have exhibited some interesting innovations: a new painting booth, E-Luxury, where the “E” stands for the word “Eco”, and the SP-Rock low-pressure guns. Both articles fall into step with the specifications concerning environmental safeguard: for us, it is of primary importance to develop cutting-edge solutions for our customers, conceived to help them in terms of cost and pollution reduction.

SP-Rock guns are truly ground-breaking, given that they operate at a lower pressure, thus resulting in a decrease in the emissions of chemicals, that might otherwise spread out in the environment, and in more eco-friendly performances. As for the E-Luxury booth, it instantly reduces most of the polluting agents directly inside its structure, now we are designing new components in order to improve maintenance efficiency.”

For the enterprises operating in these sectors, it is not always easy to launch major innovations on the market; however, the commitment shown by Spraytech – a firm relying on about 30 employees and whose annual turnover amounts to more than 10 million euros – aims at steadily improving the users’ experience, as explained by Bendinelli: “We try to upgrade several little details in order to help the clientele simplify and improve maintenance operations. We strive to constantly provide innovations, the close attention paid to the environmental impact of our machines and processes is an integral part of this philosophy.” A corporate policy positively affected by the firm’s location in the Arzignano district: “Environmental awareness has always been a priority for us, but also a way to meet our clientele’s requests. We care about this, sustainability lies at the core of our philosophy. Since we are based in the Arzignano area, that is, in a highly strategic tanning cluster, it is our duty to deal with issues like the abatement of fumes and polluting substances.”

What does the future hold? A difficult question for now, especially in view of the current health emergency: fairs attendance is crucial, yet the participation in Tanning Tech is just the tip of the iceberg of the strategies that Spraytech pursues tirelessly. “Our work does not entail only the launch of brand-new innovations,” explained Bendinelli, “we are always engaged in the constant upgrade of top-notch products, as we strive to steadily improve them. Right now, we are testing several prototypes, of which we are very proud. The goal is to show them here at Tanning Tech next year.”
