For years at the forefront in the choice and launching of revolutionary solutions, the company invests about 20% of human resources in the R&D division, designed and structured to obtain products that feature the least impact on human health and the environment, based on the exclusive search for raw materials that first of all comply with current regulations (REACH) and also respect the most restrictive specifications. The R&D department develops more than fifty new items every year, out of which at least 50% permanently become part of the wide catalog. The products development is carried out from the formulation devising up to on-site tests, using machinery, also borrowed from other sectors, in order to optimize the production process: this way, products are tested in the same way as they will actually be used for by customers and all the chemical-physical characteristics required by the specifications are met. Owning for many years a certification system ISO 9001:2015, the company has chosen to let the Quality and Environment systems work together through an integrated documentation management, involving and training periodically all the staff, for a full awareness of roles and responsibilities. The greatest effort was aimed at a correct waste disposal, that must be minimized and recycled, given the importance attributed to it by ISO 14001. Suppliers and customers have been involved in company decisions, starting from the purchase of raw materials and packaging, to a rationalization of deliveries, to a recycling of materials avoiding the production of useless waste: the optimization of corporate consumption has always been among Syn-Bios’ targets, closely monitored in accordance with the available energy resources.
Among the flagships of the wide company catalog, the INK FOR LEATHER® SPRAY system is getting huge success all over the world. This system was born as an integration of the INK FOR LEATHER® series for drums and works in synergy with it: it allows to better and enhance the tone obtained from the drum dyeing, thus maintaining the utmost resistance that this range of dyes ensures as well as respecting the same bounds of ecological and environmental sustainability. From this point of view, the tanning sector is the one that mostly made progresses in the last years: a result made of research and cutting-edge solutions, which involves the entire supply chain and, most of all, chemical companies.
