“Our boot mold is undoubtedly a flagship product,” says Marina Zago, underscoring its significance within the company’s offerings. “We’ve designed it to achieve a high level of technical, technological and mate-rial integration. The Zago boot mold is tailored to meet each customer’s unique production needs and is available in three variations: PU/PU, RUBBER/PU and PU/PU with TPU inserts. Its strength lies in the efficiency it brings to the production process.”
Customization is another cornerstone of Zago’s philosophy. “No two Zago molds are ever exactly alike,” the manager continues. “For us, the trend of personalization is less about the end user and more about our clients themselves. They need to differentiate their products from the competition. We fully understand the importance of design and a unique identity, especially when it comes to the tread, for our clients’ brands.” Sustainability presents a growing challenge for the footwear industry. “For the time being, footwear mold production remains reliant on traditional materials. That’s why we’re focusing internally on op-timizing our processes to minimize our environmental impact. At the same time, we’re investing in renewable energy sources for our company.”
